There is a hairdryer available in your room.
IRON AND IRONING BOARD
There's an iron and ironing board in most wardrobes. If there isn't, and you need one, please contact reception. We don't want you all creased up.
TEA AND COFFEE MAKING
There is nothing better than waking up to a tea or coffee. If you need fresh milk, just call 260 on the telephone.
WAKE UP CALL
If you need a wake up call, just call reception and we will happily arrange one for you.
TOILETRIES
You have shampoo and shower gel, but what do you do if you snap a nail or realise you have forgotten your toothbrush? Don't panic, contact reception, we don't have the same supply as Boots, but we will see what we can do.
HOUSEKEEPING
It's important to us that you comfy and warm. Cots and pillows are available from housekeeping. Just contact reception. Rooms are serviced daily. If you require your room to be serviced at a certain time then just let us know. Bedding is changed every 4 days unless you request otherwise. If you would like fresh towels please leave these on the bathroom floor.
DO NOT DISTURB
Late night? then place the 'do not disturb' sign on the outside of your door and housekeeping will leave you alone. Dial '0' and tell reception you don't want any calls, they can take messages. However, if your do not disturb sign is still their at 2:00pm, your room will not be serviced.
HEATING
If you require any help with the heating controls in your room, please contact reception.
TELEPHONES
To call an external number, dial 9 in front of the number. For an international number dial 9 + 00 + country code. To dial another room: dial the bedroom number, it's that simple!
ELECTRICITY AND VOLTAGE
The standard voltage is 240 volts. The razor socket in the bathroom is both 115 and 240 volts.
