RECEPTION
Whatever you need, our reception staff are here to help, they live locally, so I'm sure if you have any questions about the area, they will try and answer them. There is someone on reception between 7:00am and 10:30pm. After this our night porter is available for emergencies.
If you need any extra assistance, a Duty Manager is always around to answer your concerns.

CHECK OUT
The time will come, sadly, when you have to leave us! Check out is 11:00am, but if you need to leave any later ask reception about a late checkout (this is subject to availability and may involve an additional charge).
When you are paying, we accept most major debit and credit cards.
GETTING IN AT NIGHT
There is 24 hour access to the hotel, however we close the doors around 10:30pm, If you return to the hotel after this, just pick up the red phone at the front door and we will let you in straight away.
CAR PARKING
As you are now at the hotel and have parked your car, you probably already know this, but the car parking at the hotel is free of charge (so you don't need to run and buy a ticket - what a relief).
